Hello readers!

Is my title making you drool? Well then, now I'm about to tell you a recipe that I learned from Youtube. But I make a little change since there are some ingredients mentioned in the video I could not find. I’m not a professional baker and I rarely cook but this one is really easy. That’s why I gave it a try and it turned out amazing! So maybe you should try it too. So here is the recipe:

You’ll be needed:

• 1 1/2 cups digestives biscuits (180g)

• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (60g)

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/3 cup butter, melted (80g)

• 1 1/2 packages cream cheese (225g)

• 2 teaspoons lemon juice (10mL)

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream (500mL)

• 1/3 cup white sugar (65mL)

• 12 Oreos chopped into small pieces (or you can as much as you like)

• 1 jar of Nutella (400g)

Base (the crust)

  1. First, crush the digestive biscuits until crumble forms.

  2. Then, put the crumble biscuits, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and stir them until it’s smooth.

  3. Put in the melted butter and mix them thoroughly.

  4. After that, put and press it evenly in a spring-form pan.

  5. Put it in the fridge about half an hour.

While waiting for the base to get firm, now let’s make the second layer (Oreo cream)

  1. Firstly, beat the cream cheese with a whisk (it’s better if you have the whisk to save time).

  2. Add the lemon juice slowly while whisking the cream cheese until it’s soft.

  3. Then, add in whipping cream and whip it until the mixtures thicken.

  4. After it has thickened, put in the sugar gradually while continue mixing.

  5. After finished it, divide the cream into two portions in two different bowls.

  6. In the first bowl, put in the Oreo and mix it up.

  7. Layer the crust just now with Oreo cream on the top of it.

  8. Take the spatula and smoothe it.

  9. Then, put it in the fridge again until it slightly firm.

Finally, the easy part (Nutella cream)

  1. Just pour the whole jar of Nutella into the second bowl of cream earlier.

  2. Next, even out the Nutella cream on top of the chilled Oreo cream.

  3. Lastly, cool it in the fridge for several hours or overnight.

It will look like these:
